Our enhanced and dedicated claims service is available to you throughout the life of your policy, not just at new business or renewal, but especially when you need to make a claim. We work proactively as the advocate of our clients, settling claims quickly to mitigate losses through speedy resolution and effective management. Claims reporting means that you will be given timely updates on the progress of your claim.

We will provide you with details of your dedicated Client Manager and their contact details. All senior members of the business have mobile phones and are available to you when you need us.

We believe that we do a good job, but never want to become complacent. We openly encourage feedback – positive or otherwise. All feedback is read and reviewed by a member of the management team, utilising comments to action positive change.
